This past year, Service Link significantly expanded its outreach and impact through robust community engagement and resource facilitation efforts.
We partnered with 14 community sites, trained 30 new volunteers to join the 60 dedicated volunteers who worked diligently to serve 157 patients, providing critical assistance and connecting individuals with tailored resources.
These efforts reflect Service Link's ongoing commitment to addressing diverse community needs and fostering health equity.
Resources & Training

We updated our resource database and walked through cases for certain important topics such as housing and health insurance, which were incorporating into our training modules for new volunteers.

We deepened our involvement by expanding to new sites, broadening our reach to more communities in need. Additionally, we launched follow-up program initiatives, offering more comprehensive and tailored services to better support specific groups.
Penn Family Care

We partnered with Penn Partners In Care (PPIC) to streamline the patient referral system using RedCap, enhancing efficiency and accessibility. We also expanded resources for volunteers and strengthened our training programs to support their work better.
